| Bio: | Mallory Grace is the oldest of the three Grace children. She has younger twin brothers, Jared and Simon, and they live with their mother (Helen) and Aunt Lucinda Spiderwick at the Spiderwick Estate. Mr. Grace (Richard) had walked out on them a few years ago, necessitating the move from New York to their current home when Mallory was thirteen and her brothers were nine. At that time, her brother Jared, when asked what Mallory would be when she grew up, would have answered, “An Olympic fencer. Or she’ll end up in jail for stabbing someone with a sword.” Almost as soon as the Grace family moved into the dilapidated Spiderwick Estate, strange things had begun to happen. Soon Mallory and her brothers were embroiled in an adventure in the world of faerie that took them on a quest to befriend or battle different creatures in the world around them, that only they could see—at first thanks to a special seeing stone, then because a goblin named Hogsqueal let them have his spit (yes, I said spit) to put in their eyes. In the end, they had freed a captive of the fairies, proved that Aunty Lucinda wasn’t insane, and strengthened their family. Of course, this is only an abbreviated version of event. You’ll have to ask Mallory for the whole story, if she feels like telling it. Jared is the real storyteller in the family. Mallory is Nineteen (just), has a strong personality, and tends to speak her mind—sometimes with very little tact. She is tall and athletic, with long dark brown hair and a cheerful enough smile, when you aren’t pissing her off. She is a nearly Olympic grade fencer, and enjoys spending time outdoors. Her RP canon on Greatest Journal, were she met and befriended Presto, a boy her own age who had spent most of his life in the magical realm of Dungeons and Dragons. They discovered right away that they were kindred spirits, and Presto offered to teach Mallory magic (just basic stuff) and she would teach him yoga and fencing. They were both looking forward to the start of the fall semester of school, and Mallory was working as a life guard and water aerobics teacher at the hotel where they lived, to pay for her board. Then, one day, Presto pulled a wooden box from his magic hat, that contained a puzzle of some sort... Mallory Grace and the world she hails from are from the book series "The Spiderwick Chronicles" and not mine, but belong to the brilliant Holly Black and Tony DiTerlizzi. No is any money being made from her use; she is being used strictly for the purposes of role play at various games on Greatest Journal.
